Today, we’re going to talk about what almost everybody… at some point in time… has had to deal with…

…and that’s constipation.

I know! This is a subject MOST people are NOT gonna’ openly TALK about…

BUT it’s VITAL to any successful weight loss program!

So, the official title of today’s topic is “The Possible Causes of YOUR constipation!”

Did you know… that 90% of degenerative diseases are related to, OR worsened by, the food we eat passing TOO slowly through our intestinal system?

MOST people are aware that NOT eating enough “fiber-rich” foods AND not drinking enough liquids can cause constipation.

BUT let’s talk about some other things. The truth is that MOST health seekers DO eat enough fiber and DO drink water but STILL… tend to be constipated!   6. Type A personalities
  7. Being self-conscious about stomach noises
